| Pinnacle has experience designing multi-family and custom-designed single-family housing in addition to our institutional residence hall projects. Multi-family housing projects include condominium and rental apartment buildings. Pinnacle has prepared structural designs and construction documents for a number of large custom single-family homes with high levels of complexity and owner expectations.

 Each multi-family condominium building features two wood-framed stories over reinforced concrete parking garages.  Above-grade wood framing.  Second floor framing.  Cast-in-place two-way reinforced concrete flat slab framing spans over the below-grade parking garages.

 This four-story apartment building is located on a sloping site near the University of Virginia's School of Nursing.  Constructed with wood and steel framing and CMU bearing walls, the Wedge Building derives its name from its uniquely shaped footprint.
