Pinnacle has experience designing multi-family and custom-designed single-family housing in addition to our institutional residence hall projects. Multi-family housing projects include condominium and rental apartment buildings. Pinnacle has prepared structural designs and construction documents for a number of large custom single-family homes with high levels of complexity and owner expectations.

    Constructed with wood and steel framing and CMU bearing walls, the Wedge Building derives its name from its uniquely shaped footprint.
