Higher Education

Pinnacle's higher education work includes new campus buildings, additions, and renovations for a number of universities and colleges. Our work has included simultaneous higher education projects in various phases of design and construction administration with a combined construction value of $150 million.

Healthcare

Pinnacle's healthcare portfolio features hospital building additions and in-hospital suite renovations at multiple hospital locations in Virginia. We also performed structural condition surveys at a multi-building behavioral treatment center in the Virginia tidewater region.

Government

Pinnacle is fully registered and qualified to perform Federal government work.

Studies & Investigations

Clients for structural studies and investigations include architects, universities, private owners, government agencies, and insurance companies. In addition, Pinnacle has been selected for structural term contracts at both James Madison University and the County of Roanoke.

Historic Preservation

Pinnacle is pleased to have worked at Monticello directly for the Thomas Jefferson Foundation on multiple occasions. Several of Pinnacle's other preservation projects are also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Housing

Pinnacle has experience designing multi-family and custom-designed single-family housing in addition to our institutional residence hall projects. Multi-family housing projects include condominium and rental apartment buildings. Pinnacle has prepared structural designs and construction documents for a number of large custom single-family homes with high levels of complexity and owner expectations.
